This is an exciting month for me. I just returned from a medium-size town in Texas where we are working with the new owners of a closed 25-year-old Family Fun Center on a totally redevelopment of the property. The only existing improvement that will be kept is the go-kart track.
This Wednesday I will be part of the IAAPA webinar on eatertainment and then on the 25th, I will be giving the keynote address at the Entertainment Experience Evolution conference at LA Live.
As always, we have some very informative articles in this issue. If you don't read any others, make sure to check out the one on virtual and augmented (mixed) reality. VR and AR are about to become part of life in a big way and its at-home options will become new and significant competition for out-of-home entertainment.
