In the 2015 edition of its Censydiam Trends Report, the market research company Ipsos has identified eight key trends based on human emotions that will influence consumer behavior over the next two years. One of the eight trends offers an opportunity for location-based entertainment (LBE) venues to tap into.
The Power in Me: People are looking for different ways to stand out. They believe that what makes them powerful and determines their status is kloutscore or the story they create and tell about the products and brands they select [including the experiences they have].
So the big question becomes, is a visit to your LBE or FEC worth telling a story about or posting a photo on social media? Does it rate as a braggable experience?
