Davis’ Farmland, Sterling, MA
Davis’ Farmland was our first agritainment client back in 1994. At the time the two Davis brothers ran a small petting zoo on their family’s dairy farm and thought there might be potential for a larger destination. We conducted the feasibility study and developed their master plan for the country’s first children’s discovery farm. The facility has been a phenomenal success. In 2001 we conducted a feasibility study for a major expansion and designed the new area that includes spraygrounds, birthday party pavilions, a second concession stand and play areas. We have been their consultants for the past seventeen years and are not assessing added attractions and enhancements for the 2011-operating season.
