Working on financial feasibility and developing preliminary designs for a bowling-based FEC that will be an anchor tenant for a new lifestyle shopping center.

Conducting financial feasibility and developing preliminary designs for a family buffet-entertainment center and a multi-level FEC.

Midwest, USA
Developing concepts and designs for a multi-venue eatertainment and entertainment concept to anchor shopping centers.

Lafayette, Louisiana USA
Completing renovation plans for the Kart Ranch FEC that will include a new preschool children's play area with seating to attract the stay-at-home moms market during the weekday.

Upper Midwest, USA
Working on site selection and concept design for a combination play café, children's enrichment center and children's dance studio.

Lake Station-Gary, Indiana, USA
