Things are really getting busy for us. In addition to continuing to work with existing clients, some of whom we have worked with for decades, we have been retained by four new clients and projects, three of which are farm-based agritourism projects:

  • Ontario, Canada - working with an existing agritourism farm on modifications to its layout and the addition of some new buildings
  • Connecticut - working with an existing farm market on the development of festival grounds and the design of an event center for weddings and corporate events. The facility will also include a wine and cider tasting room and production facilities for cider and wine.
  • Kentucky - designing an ice cream creamery
  • Florida - working with an existing country market on a master plan to add u-pick and agritourism event.
