If
you're a regular reader of our eNewsletter, you may have noticed there's considerable
variation in the length of the issues from month to month. That has a lot
to do with how much time I spend flying, as usually our eNewsletters are written
at about 30,000 feet altitude. This last month we have been extremely busy
with five different leisure projects, but my travels have been limited to
short flights and car travel. So this eNewsletter is on the shorter side,
but certainly no less significant in its content. Our articles include why
LBEs should ban the words "snack bar" and "concession stand"
from their vocabularies and get serious about their food and beverage offering
with eatertainment, discussion of whether IALEI is truly serving the interests
of its members, and coverage on the Foundations Entertainment University.
