Our CEO, Randy White, was recently asked by an executive of a trade organization that represents a major segment of the out-of-home entertainment industry to send a short answer to the above questions to be used in an industry presentation. Wow, with so much going on today in such a rapidly changing and diversifying industry, that is a tall order. Here's what Randy came up with:
"With today's extensive selection of digital and out-of-home entertainment options, it's now about more than just the entertainment. Today's consumers are looking for participatory leisure experiences that are unique; memorable; socially sharable, both in real life and on social media; and that also incorporate food and drink adventure and discovery. Repeating the exact same experience has lost its appeal - been there, done that!"
