When it comes to families with older children, there is a lot of diversity in family adult working arrangements as well as what type family the children live in.
There is no longer such a thing as The American family with children. Today there are multiple types of families with children, each with their unique needs, wants, values and preferences. Even the above breakdown fails to address their true diversity.
