Our two-day course in early childhood facility design remains a bargain at $259 for two days. Graduate credit is available from the Early Childhood Education program at National Louis University in Wheeling, IL. Those of you who are directors will recognize this institution as the home of Dr. Paula Jorde Bloom who is the foremost researcher and writer on early childhood directorship, management and leadership. We are proud to say that Vicki Stoecklin, our Education & Child Development Director, is an adjunct faculty for this program. The only other place to find comparable training to our Institute is the Institute for Child Care Design at Harvard University Graduate School in Boston which is $950 for three days or a whopping $1600 for 5 days! Two years ago a similar course was offered in Pasadena, CA and it was $900 for four days training. Our two-day course was developed to meet the growing need for practitioner education on facility design at an affordable cost. We have managed to keep the costs the same for two years. However, next year, due to rising food costs and additional materials added to the manual, the cost for the two-day Institute will be increased. So if you love a real bargain enroll now for our upcoming session on June 10-11, 2004 at
www.whitehutchinson.com/children/earlychildhoodfac.shtml
We now take Visa and Mastercard credit cards. The application can be downloaded from Web site and faxed in with your information. We still have a few spaces left, so enroll soon, as we always fill the summer class.
