Wisconsin
We completed the market and financial feasibility, schematic floor plans, pro-forma cash projections and outdoor schematic plans for an 11,600-square-foot “green” child care center for 142 children ages 2-12.  Though not LEED certified, the building will use building materials and furniture known to be healthy for children.  The unique and innovative naturalized playground includes musical instruments, rock climbing, an art center, dinosaur dig, recirculating stream, custom play supermarket and a drive-through tryke tunnel.

Chicago, Illinois
We are working with a local design firm to complete the schematic phase of a child care project that will include a 20,300-square-foot building for children ages infancy through school age and two outdoor play spaces.

Two Play Gardens, Chicago, Illinois
We provided schematic designs, equipment specifications and cost estimation for an infant/toddler garden that focuses on sensory play. Activity areas include sensory play, gross motor scooting area, sensory tables, water sprayground, art play, large bermed double slide, private nook, stone pile, sensory garden and peek-a-boo bush maze.

We provided schematic designs, equipment specifications and cost estimation for a play space for preschool/school-age children that is a combination of natural materials and a range of developmentally and physically appropriate activities.  Activity areas include a picnic area, art center, water tables, flex-time story time area, themed sandbox, climbing rocks, spinning cup and a garden seesaw.

First Lutheran Early Education Center, Torrance, California
We provided surveys, interviews and consultation to early education staff and parents regarding the possible renovation of their outdoor play space into a more naturalized space.

East coast of Florida
We are conducting a site selection and preliminary feasibility study for a play café.

Hanoi, Viet Nam
We are working with a large real estate developer on concepts and plans to integrate edutainment, leisure and education facilities/venues into a large mixed-use project.
