Pizza farms
There's an under-the-radar category of agritourism farms most people in the industry are unaware of - pizza farms. Pizza farms typically only offer pizza on Saturdays and one other day. They usually require that guests pack everything they'll need (think blankets, chairs, plates, and a bottle of wine or lemonade). Most use wood-fired ovens and feature locally grown seasonal toppings. Some feature live music and offer craft beer, wine, and soda.

Pizza farms date back at least 25 years to 1998, with A to Z Produce and Bakery in Stockholm, WI, perhaps the first.
