It's been a jam-packed summer for me consulting with different farms. I just returned from a cattle ranch that raises natural pastured Akaushi cattle. We're working with them on developing various festivals and events that will feature their Akaushi beef.
Before that, I worked with a farm startup south of St. Petersburg, Florida, helping them master plan a wedding and group event venue and separate festival events.
This week I'm off to Davis Farmland and Davis Mega Farm Festival in Massachusetts we've continuously been working with for 29 years. Then at the end of the month, I'm visiting Williamson Family Farm in Tennessee, which we've been working with for the last 2.5 years. You can read about our work there at the end of this article.
