There's a growing farm‑to‑flight movement of bringing local farm products into airport terminal stores. Many of the concepts are like Berkshire Farms Market in Boston Logan airport (BOS), a multi‑producer farm‑to‑flight market selling products from several Western Massachusetts farms and artisans (cheese, maple syrup, kombucha, granola, etc.).

There are only two in terminal retail stores with single farm branding featuring products from that farm as well as other travel needs. The first was Bonton Farms at Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), an urban farm from South Dallas bringing its own jams, jellies, sauces, and farm‑fresh goods into a DFW terminal. The 2nd is Topaz Farms in the Portland International Airport (PDX). Topaz Farms is a regenerative farm located on Sauvie Island, OR. It is both a producer and agritourism farm, making it the first agritourism farm to have a farm-to-fight single farm branded store in an airport terminal.
