Our company's latest social eatertainment project opens

In 1999, Dave and Ruth met at an 8-ball pool league night. After quickly hitting it off, they became tournament directors at their local pool hall. In 2001, they bought a small 2,500-square-foot pool hall, Gallery Billiards, and have operated it successfully ever since.

In late 2022, they contacted our company to help them find a larger store to relocate to. We helped them assess market feasibility, and they identified a vacant 8,300-square-foot store with ample parking and a receptive landlord. We assisted with lease negotiations and prepared pro forma projections for their bank loan. We then designed their new location as a social eatertainment venue called Gallery Social (gallerybilliards.com/ ) .

The new location in Newburgh, NY has 13 billiard and pool tables, up from 8 at the old location; 4 lanes of duckpin bowling; 3 Krazy Darts; and a full kitchen and bar that they didn't have before.

Gallery Social opened last week. We hope to share some great photos with you in the next issue.
