Table 47 & Ocean5 now open

Consulting, design and project management has it rewards. The opening of Table 47 and Ocean5 on April 8th in the South Puget Sound has now topped our list of projects we are proud to have been part of. Troy Alstead, the former COO of Starbucks, owns this cutting edge community-based leisure project. We have been involved from it's conception ten years ago in all aspects of its development including site selection, market and financial feasibility, lease negotiation, full design, brand development, project management, menu development to name just a few areas.
