One of our current projects is the design and production of a 22,600-square-foot restaurant-entertainment center currently under construction in the Lekki area of Lagos, Nigeria. We are assisting the client not only with full interior design, but also with menu development and full kitchen design and specifying and procurement of all furniture and equipment. The center includes a destination restaurant with 190 seats, a sports bar area with 77 seats, a game room for 130 games, a redemption prize store and a 4-lane VIP bowling suite with a bar,

The FEC project will be located in the one-story portion of the project that also includes retail and two other restaurants. We completed the feasibility study for the center several years earlier. Anticipated opening is early 2017.
