Current projects/clients

Bowling-entertainment centers
We are currently working with four different clients on bowling-based projects in Atlanta, Rhode Island, Washington State and Illinois. Two are renovations/expansions to incorporate entertainment and group facilities and two are new construction hybrid bowling centers.

Club Like, Cairo, Egypt

Maker project
We are developing target market profiles and conducting market research for potential locations for a location-based transformational experience concept that targets Makers.

Midwest U.S.
Working with a client on development of a new concept for a children’s adventure center and site selection for the prototype location.

Agritainment, Pennsylvania
Working with an agritainment facility on master planning its expansion

Davis’ Farmland, Sterling, MA
Conducted facility audit and consulted with our 18-year client on their children’s discovery farm.

Massachusetts
Conducted preliminary market feasibility for the owner of some vacant multi-purpose building space and advised them not to develop it as an FEC.
