New Projects

Stay-at-Home Mom's Café
We are developing a concept for one of our clients for a stay-at-home mom's café.

Southern Coast, Massachusetts
Conducing market and site evaluations for development of an eatertainment concept for a client.

Wisconsin
Evaluating sites in a number of cities for development of a restaurant-entertainment concept.

North Carolina
Conducted preliminary market evaluation for development of a family entertainment center and advised client the market was too small.

On-Going Projects
In addition to these new projects, we have twelve other leisure projects and four educational projects in various stages of feasibility, design and development.
