Child Care Business Institute

The summer date of July 15-16, 2004 has been set for the Child Care Business Institute to be held in Kansas City, MO. This Institute will provide child care directors and new owners with training about the business side of starting up a child care center. This comprehensive course will provide participants the tools to launch and sustain a child care business. Topics to be covered include writing a business plan, securing a loan, creating start-up and operational budgets and how to do a break even analysis.
